User on the ClickEngine platform is any person or a company which has a Webmaster’s or Advertiser’s profile.

User has the right to use the platform immediately after his registration and moderation in the system.

ClickEngine carry out its activity using own soft.

ClickEngine has the right to refuse User in partnership without explanations.

User is allowed to work with ClickEngine for the following goals only: to receive and place offers, to place advertising materials in the Internet, to use all the tools of ClickEngine platform.

User is not allowed to work with ClickEngine platform aiming on goals or using means which are not provided by the interface of his profile.

User sets his login and password to enter his profile. The login is an e-mail address indicated when registering. The address can not be engaged by anybody else. The password can be formed of any succession of letters of the English alphabet and figures. User is allowed to change password in the profile. User has the right to change the login only after getting consent from ClickEngine.

User is not allowed to pass the password to anybody else excepting when a person registers a company.

In order to receive access to private offers Webmaster has to give ClickEngine more information in details about his traffic sources or Advertiser’s consent. ClickEngine give Webmaster an access to certain offers. ClickEngine has the right to deny access to any offer at any moment for any Webmaster.

Webmaster is obliged to learn all terms and conditions of certain offer before starting work with it. Advertiser is obliged to set all terms and conditions for his offer when he places offer to the platform.

User agrees that violation of the rules from his side can lead to account deactivation or to the temporary stoppage of it. In case if that violation led to financial losses for ClickEngine, we have the right to deactivate account and withdraw all money from User's account to our balance.

Even if offer's terms and conditions allow Webmasters to make alterations in advertising materials, Webmasters are still obliged to receive consent from ClickEngine to do it.

Advertiser has to inform ClickEngine about any alterations in advertising materials.

User, by working with the platform, gives his consent to processing of his personal information. User is obliged to indicate his actual and authentic information. Indication of the third party’s information or false information is forbidden.

User gives ClickEngine a permission to pass all his personal information to the third parties which are involved in ClickEngine group of companies.

Webmaster has the right to receive reward (payout) for target actions indicated in offers’ terms and conditions. Advertiser is obliged to pay for the target actions indicated in offers’ terms and conditions.

User gives his consent that all calculations about target actions and payouts for them are carried out within ClickEngine platform. Advertiser is obliges to provide ClickEngine with all information and statistics as to placed offers by him in ClickEngine platform. The information and statistics are provided by Advertiser in real-time regime. Advertiser is obliged to check all information and statistics with ClickEngine as it stated in Agreement between Advertiser and ClickEngine.

A minimum amount of reward to Webmasters is set by ClickEngine and can be changed any moment.

User is obliged to indicate right information as to means of payments and correct payment details to enable ClickEngine to fulfill payments in a proper way.

User agrees that payouts are full and final. If User carries expenses as to placing advertising materials in the Internet, he agrees that the expenses will not be recompensed to him by ClickEngine. .

User agrees that in case if he violates the rules of this document or violates the Russian legislation when placing advertising materials in the Internet he takes all responsibility for these actions before state bodies and is obliged to recompense all losses occurred to ClickEngine.

User is obliged to place advertising materials honestly and to in strict accordance with certain offer’s terms and conditions.

User is obliged to place advertising materials in strict accordance with the rules of this document and the Russian legislation.

In case if User caused losses to ClickEngine he is obliged to recompense all loses to ClickEngine.

In order to solve any disputable situations User can use tickets to turn to ClickEngine.

Webmasters and Advertisers agree that all court trials will be occured within ClickEngine location and under the Russian jurisdiction.
